Among the highlights of the outdoor studio are the pond with recently completed dock, gazebo, hammock, railroad track, fountain, old door, two story barn with octogan window on the second floor, wildflowers in the summer, holly tree in the winter, colorful leaves in the trees in the fall.
Among the highlights of the indoor studio are the barn, our large north light window, on our traditional blue canvas formal, white background where many seniors bring props, our unique curved door, the black and white room, american and rebel flags, lockers, red couch and several chairs to name a few.
If you prefer, for a few dollars more, you can do a location somewhere else in West Virginia and also include the studio. For example, at your house, camp, state park or any other location of your choice. Family sessions are fun for even people who hate pictures taken of their self. Mark and his staff will help you with selection of your outfits as well as matching you with the sets if you like.
Our full service studio generally books sessions about one month in advance. We require a non-refundable session fee to hold your appointment the day you book. On the day of the session your family will be at the studio about one to two hours depending on which session you chose. We require a $125.00 deposit which will go on your package the day of the session. After the session, you will see your photographs and be back to order in about two weeks. If you like, you may also order the same day. Your finished retouched portraits will be available in about one month.
